Being a developing country apart from infrastructural issues one needs to address the cultural growth - more so in the public realm, and not just in art galleries where it can be admired by a select few. The installation named "Pensieve", inspired by the "memory basin" in J K Rowling's Harry Potter series, was constructed at ID 2014 using more than 1,200 wasted shipping pallets that represent the abstraction in spaces created by hundreds of ruin that dot the capital.
