The Chatter House

New Delhi 2015-2016 1700sq.ft.

A Gastro Pub designed in the Capital’s Khan Market. The design draws its inspiration from the Irish Pubs dotted across Dublin. Spread over two floors- The lower level is the bar while the upper is the restaurant. Elements like brick lined barrel vaulted ceiling and wrought iron bulbs renders the space a stark imagery of railway tunnel mechanics working during the locomotive era of England.  The overall design of the restaurant influences an ambience which gives one get away from a busy life and also brings the culture of spending time with friends, having fun over foods and drinks in a formal environment yet leaving room for all the freewheeling conversations.
